The Human Resources Manual


2017

This project originally began in the form of text. Taking language from a human resources manual I found online, and my own personal experiences while working in HR, I forged the two to make a Human Resources Policy Manual about being a human resource, hierarchies, social contracts, and gender. The Human Resources Manual culminated in a three-channel video installation for Excavations, Florida International University’s 2017 BFA thesis show.
